Dear Art Liberty members, I just had a chat with a very creative friend of mine, a translator in Paris, who has started making jewelry, which she would like to sell to supplement her income and keep the creative juices flowing. I don't think she's interested in international sales, shipping, all that stuff, but would be interested in any ideas you have for someone who may not have the time for a web-presence, but lives in a huge city where opportunities for placing and selling her work ought to abound.
Since it's completely outside her field (and mine!), I thought I'd ask you, especially those of you who live outside the US (since opportunities seem to abound here in a way that isn't necessarily true for the rest of the world) what advice you might have for her.
