Hello Everyone, I am hoping you can help me. I have done a painting with pigments, acrylic bonder/hardener and sealed with a spray on sealing agent. It seems to be developing some circular, ring like blemishes. I want to know the cause and if there is one the cure... it would be shame to lose this entire work to this problem. A pic of the prob is below or should I say a link to the problem is below. It doesn't seem to want to show it, any advice.
